PLAN OF SALVATION
Many people attend church and yet don’t know how Salvation works. Here at Black Creek Baptist we want to help you understand that Jesus loves you. Because He loves you, so do we (I John 4:19).

The Bible says we are all sinners, and that we will forever be separated from God’s love because of our sin (Romans 3:23 and 6:23). We need not be, however, because of Christ’s love (I Peter 3:18). God came to forgive us through Christ (Romans 5:8). He wants us to be, permanently, a part of His love (John 3:16). What we have to do to be saved from our own sinful conditions is simple: believe in Jesus Christ and accept Him as Lord (Romans 10:9-10, 10:13). The Bible promises that we will never be left alone, that His spirit will forever become a part of us (John 14:26). Jesus welcomes you as a brother or sister and that makes you a child of God (John 1:12).

Black Creek Baptist is a church of loving people who care about each other and about you. Please read the passages that are listed above and pray. That simply means to ask God to help you understand. Even when the words are hard to form, He is with you and will understand your needs and desires (Romans 8:26).

We will stand by you as you search for Him. We will love you. We will help in every way we can. Is it natural to ask: “What do I get out of it?” The payback for being part of a loving body such as this Church is A GOD “who forgives all your iniquities, who heals all your diseases, who redeems your life from destruction, who crowns you with  loving kindness and tender mercies, who satisfies your mouth with good things, so that your youth is renewed like the eagle’s” (Psalm 103:1-5) and eternal life forever with Father God. These are the benefits of becoming a Christian. You also get a built in family, ready to love you, ready to support you, ready to accept you just as you are, ready to help you.

If you need a Bible, we would love to give you one. Still have questions? Please take the opportunity to talk with our members, or with the church staff. They stand ready.

If you would like a personal visit from our Pastor, please let him know before you leave today. GOD BLESS YOU ALL!
